A selection of thoroughbreds, including Perfect Attitude and Teak, showcased strong form during Tuesday’s training session on the outer sand track as preparations continue for upcoming racing fixtures.

A group of thoroughbreds caught the eye during Tuesday morning’s training session on the outer sand track, signaling their readiness for upcoming engagements. Among those drawing attention were Perfect Attitude and Teak, both of whom produced notable displays during their respective 1200m gallops.

Perfect Attitude, partnered with Antony, clocked 1:28.5 for the 1200m distance, covering the final 600m in a sharp 40 seconds. Similarly, Teak, under the guidance of Ritesh G, matched that overall time of 1:28.5, completing the final 600m in 41 seconds to earn praise for a polished performance.

Strong performances across the training track

The morning session featured a variety of workouts, with several other horses demonstrating their fitness. Sprezzatura, ridden by Shinde, impressed over 1000m with a time of 1:13.5, finishing the final 600m in 41 seconds. Meanwhile, Echoes Of Time also showed a positive response to urgings, clocking 1:09 for the 1000m distance with a 41-second final split.

In the longer work, Mandate caught the eye over 1600m, clocking 1:56, with a final 600m split of 43 seconds. Winfield also put in a pleasing effort over the same distance, recording an identical overall time of 1:56. Among the 1200m runners, Sensuous stretched out well to finish in 1:26.5, while Sindoor maintained fine trim with a time of 1:31.5.

Gate practice highlights

The session also included gate practice on the inner sand track, where several horses were tested for their starting speed. In a notable gallop, Seize The Grey and Bezawada Sultan covered 1200m in 1:18.5, with Seize The Grey finishing well ahead of its companion. Other pairs also showed promise, with Joyful Spirit finishing four lengths clear of Fiery Love in 1:22.5, and Loeven’s Glory finishing five lengths ahead of Alpha Legend in 1:24.5.

Earlier in the morning, Regal Beauty was noted for being in fine nick, covering 600m in 41 seconds. Other runners, including Lockheed, Larissa, and Osaka, also completed their work with solid times, ensuring a productive morning of exercise for the stables ahead of future race days.
