On the morning of August 23, a series of impressive workouts took place at the local racetrack, showcasing the potential of several horses in training. The session featured a variety of distances, with notable performances from both B Rojo and Ranquelino, among others.

During the workouts on the inner sand track, Il Volo, ridden by Kiran Rai, clocked an impressive time of 40.5 seconds over 600 meters, demonstrating a smooth and fluid motion. Following closely was Lovren’s Glory, also under the guidance of Rajesh K, who completed the same distance in 39.5 seconds, finishing two lengths ahead of Alpha Legend, another mount of Kiran Rai.

In a longer distance trial, Dynamic Force, again with Kiran Rai in the saddle, covered 1,000 meters in a swift 1 minute and 8 seconds, with a 600-meter split of 39 seconds, indicating a strong stride and stamina. Meanwhile, Ranquelino, ridden by R. Pradeep, showcased remarkable speed over 1,200 meters, finishing in 1 minute and 21 seconds, with a 1,000-meter split of 1 minute and 7 seconds and a 600-meter time of 39 seconds.

The outer sand track also saw noteworthy performances. Live The Dream, under Laxman S, completed 600 meters in 43 seconds, showing a solid pace. Supernal, ridden by Rajesh K, followed closely with a time of 44.5 seconds, while Joyful Spirit, also under Rajesh K, took a more leisurely approach, finishing in 47 seconds.

In a longer workout, Rojo, with Laxman S aboard, finished 1,000 meters in 1 minute and 14.5 seconds, achieving a 600-meter split of 41.5 seconds, which highlighted his fluent movement. Lockheed, another horse ridden by Rajesh K, completed 1,200 meters in 1 minute and 31.5 seconds, with a 1,000-meter split of 1 minute and 13 seconds and a 600-meter time of 42.5 seconds, indicating a pleasing performance overall.
