Strong gallops on the inner sand
In the most significant piece of work over 1400m, Avener, partnered with Ramswarup, worked alongside Dyf. Avener demonstrated impressive closing speed, making up two lengths on the outside to finish level with its companion, clocking a time of 1-37 for the full distance, with the final 600m covered in 39 seconds. This performance highlighted the horse's current physical condition as it continues its preparation.
Similarly, Snow Girl showed great promise during a 1200m gallop. Ridden by Hamir, Snow Girl moved well within itself to record a time of 1-23, finishing two lengths ahead of Wise Approach, who required more urging to keep pace. The pair completed the final 600m in 40 seconds, indicating a sharp turn of foot.

Elsewhere on the track, other runners also completed their morning routines. Dancing Cloud and Sporting Alice covered 1000m in 1-9, with Dancing Cloud finishing a length ahead after both were pushed. Cashel King impressed in a similar distance, clocking 1-7 and finishing six lengths clear of Sir Churchill. Meanwhile, Your Unforgettable looked comfortable over 1200m, stopping the clock at 1-23.
Several horses were kept to lighter work, including Don Julio and Ministry Of Time, both of whom clocked 41 seconds over 600m. Funny Bunny, Admirable, and Rock Armour also participated in shorter sprints, with Funny Bunny showing good movement by covering 800m in 53 seconds. These sessions provide a crucial indicator of form for the horses involved as they look toward their next competitive appearances.
