The race day featured a full card of events, with several other notable performances across the programme. In the M.B. Appaya Memorial Trophy, also contested over 1,200 metres, Valiant Stream emerged victorious under jockey Akshay K. for trainer S. Attaollahi, narrowly beating Never Give In by a head in a time of 1:10.08.
The Sir Cecil Plate saw two divisions contested over 1,200 metres. In Division I, Jersey King, ridden by Trevor and trained by S. Dominic, claimed the honours in 1:10.53. Division II was won by Mystikos, with jockey Srinath in the saddle for trainer K. Purshotham, clocking a time of 1:11.01.
Other winners on the day included The Whispering, which took the 1,400-metre Jog Falls Plate, and Force of Nature, which triumphed in the 1,600-metre Yelahanka Plate. The Southern Ruler Plate, run over 1,400 metres, was won by Red Falcon, ridden by Md. Talib, who finished six lengths clear of the runner-up, Mystic Charm.
