Rivayat and Priority Road were the standout performers during the morning training session held on Sunday, October 4. Both horses demonstrated impressive form and fitness as they were put through their paces on the inner sand track, catching the eye with their fluid movement and speed.

The training session provided a clear indication of the current condition of several horses as they prepare for future competition. While a number of runners participated in routine exercise, the efforts of Rivayat and Priority Road were particularly notable for their pace and control.

Strong gallops from top contenders

In a sharp 1000m gallop, Priority Road, partnered with Kaviraj, worked alongside Sukoon, ridden by S. Kamble. Priority Road showed excellent acceleration, finishing the work a length ahead of its companion with a time of 1-6, including an 800m split of 51 seconds and a 600m final burst in 38 seconds.

Rivayat, under the guidance of C.S. Jodha, also delivered a commanding display over the same distance. Paired with Bright Button, ridden by Hamir, Rivayat strode out with authority to finish three lengths clear. The pair clocked 1-6 for the full distance, mirroring the 800m and 600m timings of 51 and 38 seconds respectively.
