Gold Ride emerged victorious in the S.M. Cama Music And Production Pvt Ltd Million, the headline event of Thursday’s race meeting. Guided by jockey N. Darshan and prepared by trainer R. Ramanathan, the winner demonstrated composure in a tightly contested 1,200-metre sprint to claim the honours.

The race proved to be a closely fought affair, with Gold Ride crossing the finish line just a neck ahead of the runner-up, Art Collector, who was ridden by Siddaraju P. Perfect Blend, with S. Saqlain in the saddle, finished a further neck behind in third place, while Vandhiyathevan completed the frame in fourth. The winning time for the event was recorded at 1 minute, 10.06 seconds.

Earlier in the day, the Gool & Soli Poonawalla Memorial Trophy provided a standout performance as Frederika, under jockey Akshay K, claimed victory in the 1,800-metre race.
