Beast Mode and Sovereign King delivered standout performances during Wednesday morning's training session, showcasing strong form ahead of upcoming racing fixtures as they clocked impressive times on the inner sand track.

Beast Mode and Sovereign King headlined the morning track work session on Wednesday, October 7, producing eye-catching displays that drew attention during training. Both horses demonstrated significant form as they navigated the inner sand track, setting a high standard for the day's exercises.

Under the guidance of jockey Trevor, Beast Mode delivered a particularly sharp performance over 1000m. The horse clocked a time of 1:03, covering the final 800m in 50 seconds and the concluding 600m in 38 seconds, earning praise for an excellent piece of work. Similarly, Sovereign King, partnered with Santosh, impressed over 1200m. The gallop was completed in 1:21, with the horse maintaining a strong pace throughout, including a 1000m split of 1:05 and a final 600m in 38 seconds.

Strong performances across the training session

The morning session featured a variety of gallops across different distances, with several other horses showing positive signs. In the 1000m category, Rampage responded well to finish in 1:06, while Time And Tide also moved comfortably to record a time of 1:07. Whispering Angel and Megatron paired up to move freely, clocking 1:09, while Ashwa Changez and Ashwa Yudhvir were urged to finish level in 1:07.

The 800m gallops saw Coffee At Eleven and Algonquin both produce pleasing work, each clocking 50 seconds for the distance with a 37-second final 600m. Dream Comes True also performed well, recording 51 seconds for 800m and 37 seconds for the final 600m. In other notable pairings, Miami Vice held a two-length advantage over Mojito, while Minimus proved superior to Eastern Pharoah, with both pairs clocking 51 seconds for the 800m distance.

On the shorter 600m track, Sabalenka caught the eye with a smooth move in 36 seconds, while Crown Flame worked freely to clock 37 seconds. Other horses, including Earth, Casspian, and Endurance, maintained a steady pace, recording times of 39 seconds for the 600m sprint. The session concluded with a long-distance effort from Jaandaar and Britannia, who moved together freely over 1600m, finishing in 1:55.
