The morning session featured a variety of work, ranging from short sprints to longer gallops, providing a clear indication of the current fitness levels among the participating runners. The track conditions allowed for fluid movement, with several horses demonstrating notable speed and consistency in their respective workouts.
Strong gallops highlight morning training
Among the notable performers, Beast Mode, partnered with Fortunate Son, completed a 1200m gallop in 1:18, clocking 1:03 for the 1000m and 50 seconds for the 800m. Beast Mode finished the work easily, crossing the line three lengths ahead of his companion. Similarly, Invincible Force displayed impressive form over 1000m, clocking 1:05 and finishing the final 600m in 36 seconds. Under the guidance of Peter, Invincible Force strode out well to finish four lengths clear of Enrich.
In the 800m category, several horses stood out for their fluent movement. Kavya, ridden by Parmar, clocked 51 seconds for the distance, finishing the final 600m in 38 seconds, while El Nino also clocked 51 seconds, completing the final 600m in 37 seconds. Regina Memorabilis also produced a solid effort, covering the 800m in 51 seconds with a 38-second final 600m split. Queen Of Beauties was another to impress, recording 52 seconds for the 800m and 37 seconds for the final 600m.
Steady work across the field
The 1400m distance saw Namiri and Rosario work in tandem, moving neck and neck throughout their gallop. They completed the distance in 1:38, with the final 600m covered in 38 seconds. Other notable 1000m efforts included Beyond Stars, who was slightly urged to clock 1:05, and the pair of Carino and Deavline, who finished their work in 1:05, with Carino showing good acceleration to finish two lengths ahead.
The session also included several horses working at a more moderate pace. Staria, Sobers, and The Milenium Force all moved fluently over their respective distances, while pairs like Miami Vice and Shamara, and Mount Washington and Powerofattitude, maintained a steady rhythm throughout their work. The morning concluded with several horses, including Yinsiruk and Caviar Queen, completing easy exercise as part of their ongoing training programs.
