On the morning of July 13, a series of impressive workouts took place at the local racetrack, showcasing several horses that caught the attention of trainers and spectators alike. Among the standout performers were Aeon Flux, Ensky, and Marius, who demonstrated their readiness for upcoming races.

Notable Performances in Morning Workouts

The inner sand track saw a variety of horses exercising over different distances. In a 600-meter workout, Skandha, ridden by T.S. Jodha, clocked a time of 41 seconds, finishing ahead of Born To Shine and Saffron Glow, who both recorded 40 seconds. Marlboro Man, an apprentice rider, also impressed with a time of 42 seconds.

In another 800-meter session, Simola, under an apprentice, completed the distance in 55 seconds, while Ashwa Brazil finished in 54 seconds. Miami Vice and Shamara both moved easily, clocking 42 seconds. Notably, Regal Warrior, ridden by C. Umesh, finished four lengths ahead of Katame, both completing the distance in 42 seconds.

Strong Showings from Rising Stars

Golden Axl, with J. Chinoy in the saddle, showcased remarkable speed, starting three lengths behind and finishing six lengths ahead of Son Of A Gun, both completing the 600 meters in 40 seconds. Midnight Hammer and Irish Twist moved in sync, both finishing in 40 seconds, while Brahmastra pressed hard to finish in the same time.

In a longer 1000-meter workout, Bravo Zulu, ridden by C. Umesh, made a strong comeback after starting four lengths behind, ultimately finishing four lengths ahead of Tajiri. Aeon Flux, also under C. Umesh, impressed observers by finishing six lengths ahead of Cinderella’s Dream, completing the 800 meters in 52 seconds and the final 600 meters in 40 seconds.

As the morning progressed, Marius, ridden by S.G. Prasad, also stood out, finishing well ahead of Field Of Gold in their 1000-meter workout. The day’s workouts not only highlighted the horses' physical capabilities but also set the stage for exciting races ahead.
