We're going to lean into that." He highlighted the organization's history of executing this tactic successfully, indicating that it will remain a key component of their offensive approach.

The Eagles have seen remarkable success with the quarterback sneak, a play that involves teammates pushing the quarterback forward to gain extra yards in short-yardage situations. Since 2022, the team has boasted an impressive conversion rate of 96.6% on fourth-and-1 attempts. However, the play has sparked debate within the league, leading to a failed proposal to ban it during the 2025 offseason, which fell short by just two votes. Last season, the Eagles led the NFL with 27 attempts of the tush push, although their success rate declined due to improved defensive strategies and injuries affecting their offensive line. Notably, there were no proposals to eliminate the play during the most recent offseason, allowing the Eagles to continue utilizing this tactic as they refine their offensive game plan.
