The upcoming meeting will see a strong turnout, with 31 out of the 35 state units expected to send representatives. However, four state associations will remain unrepresented at the AGM due to various ongoing issues. The cricket associations of Hyderabad, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Bihar are the four units that will not have a presence at the meeting.
Several notable figures from the cricketing world are set to participate as representatives for their respective state bodies. The Maharashtra Cricket Association will be represented by court-appointed administrator Govinda Sanap, while the Mumbai Cricket Association has appointed Unmesh Khanvilkar to attend on its behalf. Additionally, the Karnataka State Cricket Association will be represented by former Indian fast bowler Venkatesh Prasad, and the Jharkhand State Cricket Association will have former national team batter Saurabh Tiwary in attendance.
