Following that success, he remained with the RCB setup for another season before stepping away to focus on his commitments with the Adelaide Strikers in the Women's Big Bash League.
Beyond his WPL experience, Williams has served as the head coach for Southern Brave Women in The Hundred and has contributed as an assistant coach for the Adelaide Strikers men's team in the BBL.
