The Cleveland Browns will head into their upcoming road matchup against the New York Jets without the services of defensive tackles Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr. Both players were officially ruled out for Sunday's contest after failing to participate in practice throughout the week.

The injuries were sustained during Cleveland's Week 4 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Graham, who was selected fifth overall in the 2025 NFL draft, is currently dealing with both an MCL sprain and an ankle injury. The team has confirmed that his status will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis moving forward. Graham has been a significant presence on the defensive line, currently ranking fifth in the league with a team-leading four sacks.

Mike Hall Jr. also sustained an ankle injury during the win against Pittsburgh. Despite the setback, Hall managed to remain in the game and successfully recorded his first sack of the season. However, the lingering effects of the injury have sidelined him for the trip to New York.

The defensive line is not the only area affected by the team's injury report. The Browns have also ruled out several other contributors for the game. This list includes defensive tackle Kalia Davis, who is managing a quad injury, as well as quarterback Dillon Gabriel and guard Teven Jenkins, both of whom are dealing with back issues. Additionally, wide receiver Tylan Wallace remains out with a knee injury, and tight end Carsen Ryan will also miss the game.

Despite the extensive list of absences, there was some positive news regarding the team's practice schedule. Both Kalia Davis and Dillon Gabriel were recently designated to return to practice from injured reserve and were able to participate in team activities this week, marking a step forward in their respective recoveries.
